Your team

On a daily basis, you will work closely with Head of Business Development (Norway) with whom you will represent the Norwegian office. You will also work closely with your sales colleagues in Sweden and of course the Bizzkit Commercial team in Denmark, where you will have all the support you need. To sum up, The Bizzkit Commercial Team consists of the following roles: Technical Trainer (DK), Commercial Project Manager (DK), CCO (DK), Head of Cloud (DK), 
Country Manager (SE), Head of Sales (SE), as well as Head of Business Development (NO).

On top of that, you will have a 200-people organization in your corner, and you can be sure that there is always a helping hand nearby. You will also quickly notice that we have a very dedicated and professional marketing team ready to kick down doors in Norway together with you.

You will report to Head of Business Development (Norway).

 

Your mission

Your ultimate goal is to conquer the Norwegian market, and to make Bizzkit the number one choice among e-commerce solution providers. Your days will vary, and you will be on the move cultivating prospects and partners. Below, we have listed your primary tasks:

  • Responsible for increasing pipeline through outbound sales activities
  • Prospecting and following up on inbound leads.
  • Represent Bizzkit at trade shows, seminars and other industry events establishing key 
    alliances and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to strengthening internal sales strategies and new-biz-processes.
  • Prepare sales presentations and material for meetings.
  • Collaborate with Solution Partners and the Bizzkit team on sales and marketing 
    activities.
  • Cultivate a solid network.

Travel is inevitable in this position, primarily in Norway, but also regular trips to HQ in Denmark.

Who are you

You are a people-person. You are naturally extroverted and outgoing. Equally important, you have a commercial mindset, and you get your energy from closing deals and reaching sales targets. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a dynamic and determined approach.

Preferably, you have a few years of experience from selling software solutions at Enterprise level within the e-commerce industry. You have a strong track record of business development projects and sales achievements. You might also have a commercial/business management degree, but this is not paramount. What is paramount is the fact that you are able to translate customer needs into solutions. You understand the complexity of the e-commerce industry and the whole ecosystem around it. You are not afraid of dealing with high numbers and upper management from big companies.

Due to the nature of the position, you have excellent communication skills both in Norwegian and English. You are also an active user of LinkedIn, and you know how to activate your industry network. You are resident in, or around, Oslo.
