Micro Matic selects Hesehus for global e-commerce solution

The world’s leading manufacturer of draft beer equipment, Micro Matic, has selected Hesehus as its new strategic e-commerce partner to help satisfy the global supplier’s online ambitions.

One global overall solution

The goal of Micro Matic is to have one global solution that can create synergies across national borders, ease internal working procedures and not least ensure a continued high level of information and customer service which today is provided on country specific websites and local centres located worldwide.

With one solution designed, developed and implemented on the software platform Bizzkit, which is developed by Hesehus, this is exactly what Micro Matic gets.

Like other standard e-commerce platforms, the e-commerce platform Bizzkit is geared precisely for e-commerce but with the advantage that the platform is extra flexible and also contains DAM, PIM and CMS.

For Micro Matic this means one total solution with centralised data with ensures that the customers are always met by the same and correct information, prices, etc. and provides Micro Matic with the option of a fast and competitive time-to-market.

Entrepreneur of the Year

In 2016, Micro Matic was elected as “Entrepreneur of the Year2 by EY, among other things, for its innovation and development skills which mean that today the company holds 80% of the world market of equipment for dispensing draft beer.

Although Micro Matic has generated one record profit after the other in the past six years, the desire to innovate and develop has certainly not decreased which is now evident in the company's choice of e-commerce solution provider Hesehus who is responsible for creating a new global e-commerce solution for Micro Matic.

CEO at Micro Matic, Søren K. Vilby

“Micro Matic has a clear mission and the company’s owners have created a reliable platform on which innovation and development are part of the company’s DNA. The practical innovation which creates development in products, in sales channels or customer service is crucial for having created and can maintain a global lead”.
